Cafe Managers - Compensation: Competitive in Sterling Heights, Michigan

We are the leading independent food service management company in Michigan, recruiting professional and customer-oriented Cafe Multi Unit Managers for our café locations in the Metro Detroit area.
Full-time positions are available for qualified individuals; previous experience in a contract food service environment is preferred.
An ideal candidate would have great marketing, customer relations, food knowledge and production experience, catering and upscale event knowledge and experience and the ability to manage multiple staff
Your responsibilities would include:
? Ensuring guest satisfaction
? Ensuring high food quality and sanitation practices
? Maintaining good client relations
? Managing sales growth and profitability
? Staff training, supervision and growth/development
? Menu development
? Inventory control
? Implementation of corporate objectives
? Managing paperwork processes and procedures
To qualify, you must possess:
? Very Dynamic
? Excellent leadership, communication and team building skills
? Ability to manage diverse and fast-paced environments
? Ability to be creative with menu and client
? Excellent customer service skills
? Minimum of 2 - 3 years of previous management experience
? High school diploma or GED
? ServSafe or similar state-approved sanitation certification
? Computer word processing and spreadsheet experience
? Previous experience with POS systems (preferred)
? Must be a leader
? Chef manager needs a flair for food, organics, sustainability etc.
